2 Submit a Purchase Request

3 Verify Your Request & Payment
Visit the library and provide your Library ID and name. After verification, library staff will approve your request and issue an invoice/receipt upon successful payment.
4 Access Granted for 1 Month
Once payment is confirmed, access to the premium e-book will be activated in your account for a period of one month.
